Dungeness Crab

2 Dungeness Crab Claws

4 tablespoons of Lemon Juice

2 tablespoons of Old Bay Seasoning

  1. Drizzle the crab legs with lemon juice.
  2. Next season the crab legs with Old Bay Seasoning.
  3. Add 1 cup water to stock pot over medium heat.
  4. Add crab legs to stock pot and steam for 10 minutes.

 

Tomahawk Pork Chops

2 Tomahawk Pork Chops

Non-stick Cooking Spray

Marinade:

5 Garlic Cloves, minced

½ cup Soy Sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard

3 tablespoons Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Chili Powder

1 teaspoon Onion Powder

½ teaspoon Kosher Salt

½ teaspoon Black Pepper

½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

  1. Make marinade and brush on each pork chop on all sides.
  2. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. Heat cast iron skillet on high.
  4. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Add the pork chops and sear on each side.
  6. Continue cooking each side over medium low heat until done..

 

Your Perfect Chopped Salad…

Remember you only need salad for two.

Prepare a greens mixture with your choice of lettuce blends:

romaine, arugula, spinach, radicchio or cabbage

Select your preference of additional toppings:

onions, sweet peppers, tomatoes, avocado, bacon bits, olives, cheese  or any other that you can think of

  1. Chop your selected ingredients to bite size pieces and toss in a bowl.
  2. Add in your favorite salad dressing and mix together.
  3. Then scoop into serving bowl and sprinkle with crispy onion.
  4. Serve with the crab and pork chops to create the perfect surf & turf.
