Cobb Salad

1 head Romaine Lettuce, shredded

2 cups Chicken Breast, cubed

6 slices Thick Sliced Bacon, crumbled

1 Avocado, peeled, pitted and diced

2 Tomatoes, chopped

½ cup Shredded Cheese, flavor of your choice

2 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped

½ cup Fried Onions

¼ cup Red Onions, chopped

Choice the dressing of your choice!

 

Place eggs in a saucepan, covered with cold water and boil for 5-7 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop. Place bacon in a skillet and cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside. Divide shredded lettuce in individual plates. Evenly divide and arrange chicken, bacon, avocado, cheese, fried onions and red onions in a row on top of the lettuce.

Drizzle with your favorite dressing and enjoy.
